Mike Schofield is an attorney and formerly served as an advisor to Texas Governor Rick Perry. Mike was first elected to the Texas House in 2014 and represented House District 132 until 2019. He was reelected again in 2020. Mike holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University and a J.D. from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
Mike is an active parishioner at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Houston. He is also a life member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and remains active in various local and state Republican Party organizations. He currently resides in Katy, Texas.
