David Spiller is an attorney and small business owner. A life-long resident of Jack County, he has practiced law for over 34 years and is a Founding Member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas. David is the managing partner of his private practice along with his two sons. He also owns a title insurance company, Spiller Title.

David holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He has also served as City Attorney for the City of Jacksboro for 33 years, and as General Counsel to the Jack County Hospital District for 30 years.

David lives in Jacksboro with his wife of 33 years, Ginger.  He is currently serving his 26^th year as a Trustee of Jacksboro ISD.  He has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Texas Association of School Boards. David and his wife have two children, Mason and Reid, who are practicing attorneys in Jacksboro.
